1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dialectorabia (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Dialectorabia provides an AI-powered platform for Arabic dialect translation, pronunciation audio, and dialect learning. The Service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Ultra) with different usage limits.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Free plan users have a limited number of daily translations and game plays.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • Payments are processed securely via our payment partners (Paddle and Lemon Squeezy) depending on your location and chosen payment method.
  • Prices are shown in SAR for Saudi Arabia users and USD for international users.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the period ends.
  • We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API.
  • Use automated bots to generate translations in bulk.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute translations or audio without permission.
  • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Dialectorabia — including the platform design, translation engine, audio, dialect data, and game content — is owned by Dialectorabia or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission. Your personal translation history belongs to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

Translations and dialect audio are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every translation is perfect or culturally appropriate for every context. Always verify critical translations with a native speaker when accuracy is essential.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not responsible for decisions made based on translations provided by the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialectorabia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
