At Dialectorabia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for payments made on our platform. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

Dialectorabia offers monthly subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Ultra). All plans:

  • Are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • Give immediate access to all plan features upon payment.
  • Can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
  • Remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

3. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
  • You have not used the paid features extensively (fewer than 10 translations or sessions).
  • A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the service.
  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period (duplicate charge).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the payment date.
  • The subscription has been actively used during the billing period.
  • Renewal charges after the initial subscription (automatic renewals).
  • Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle.
  • Requests based on forgetting to cancel before the renewal date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within the eligible window:

Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The payment date and amount
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • For Saudi Arabia users: refunds go back to your original card or payment method.
  • For international users (Paddle / Lemon Squeezy): refunds go back to your card or PayPal account.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

7. Free Plan

The Free plan has no payment and is therefore not subject to this refund policy. We encourage you to test all core features on the Free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
